If the lamps have been set up in the APP, some of them may not be online when you reopen the APP. You can synchronize the status of the lamps by pulling down and refreshing the page of lamps.
The devices used by the installers on site, such as tablets or mobile phones, need to be connected to Wi-Fi. Only after the installation is completed and shared with others can the shared person see the latest Settings status.
Can be set by the maximum power in the settings
Please ensure that you are in the zone, if yes, please refresh it may caused by offline or disconnection.
This needs to be read back one by one, so it will take some time.
