HOW TO REMOTELY CONTROL ACCESSORIES AND HOW TO PAIR?

1. The installation location of the remote control needs to have an available WiFi network, and it must also be equipped with our WiFi gateway.

2. The process of remote control: first add the Bluetooth switch to the APP, then enter the APP data collection, long press the WiFi gateway (automatic mode + switch) and the red light flashes to indicate that it has entered the pairing state, then the APP enters the account password to be connected, and then Just add it.

3. The gateway is successfully added, enter the data collection, select the device to be uploaded, and then scan the code to log in to the cloud platform to see the current device information and control it.

DO GROUPS SUPPORT TIMING?

Groups can be selected for timing (including single light, all lights, and multiple lights can be selected)

REASONS FOR LIGHTS OFFLINE

1. The device is powered off

2. The device is reset

3. The device signal is not received, it shows offline

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GENERATE REPORTS FOR ENERGY CONSUMPTION ANALYSIS?

Only available in devices with a gateway, and can be downloaded and viewed through the Cloud platform

DOES IT SUPPORT MULTI-MAP IMPORT?

No, currently only single map import is supported, and only supports JPG image format.

THE MAIN AUTHORITY IS TO SET THE LAMPS ON THE APP AT THE SAME TIME, WHICH SETTING SHALL PREVAIL?

It is subject to the setting after multiple users use it at the same time.

THE INDEPENDENT SENSOR HAS MULTIPLE LIGHTS, CAN THE STATUS OF THESE LIGHTS BE SEEN ON THE APP?

If you are within the range of the Bluetooth connection, you can see the status of the light, you can see the actual brightness and working conditions, if you are not within the range, you cannot see the status of the light.

CAN INDEPENDENT SENSORS BE RENAMED?

Independent sensors can be renamed (only after June 2023 version)
