Occupancy and Motion Sensors for High Bay

Time:2024-11-05 Views:1

TIOSL is a leading manufacturer of high bay occupancy and motion detectors, including high bay daylight sensors, PIR sensors and microwave sensors. We offer detectors and sensors for both new installations and retrofit projects.

TIOSL’s solutions are simple to install and make your high bay lights more energy efficient.High bay lights are used in a variety of applications, including:

● Warehouse lighting

● Stadium lighting

● Sports field lighting

● Large retail lighting

The biggest challenge in lighting large areas is energy efficiency. TIOSL’s high bay occupancy and motion detectors make it easy to install or retrofit a smart lighting control system so that high bay lights only light up when needed. Businesses responsible for paying the electricity bill for lighting large areas can see a significant reduction in their electricity bills when a control system based on TIOSL detectors is installed.

TIOSL’s range of high bay sensors includes the following types:

● Occupancy sensors

● Motion sensors (PIR and microwave)

● Daylight sensors

High bay sensor features TIOSL has developed a range of sensors that include specific features for different applications. High bay daylight harvesting sensors have a built-in daylight sensor. This monitors the amount of natural light available in the target area. If the natural light level drops below a preset minimum level, the high bay lights come on to supplement the available light. The brightness of the high bay lights is adjusted based on the amount of natural light available.

TIOSL also offers high bay sensors with three-level control. This is basically a corridor lighting control. If no one is in the target area, the lights go off. Or it can be set to a low light level, which is particularly useful for security lighting applications. If a person enters an adjacent area, the lights come on at a preset lighting level. When a person enters the immediate area, the lights switch to full brightness. After the person leaves, the lights remain on for a preset hold time, after which the lights dim for a preset standby time or turn off.

Motion Sensor Technology

TIOSL's high bay sensors combine either microwave sensors or PIR sensors with microwave sensors. High bay PIR sensors are best suited for detecting motion in the sensing field, while microwave sensors are best suited for picking up motion towards the sensing field.

Dimming Technology

The most common dimming technology used in industrial lighting applications is 1-10V dimming.

TIOSL produces high bay sensors that are compatible with either of these dimming technologies.

Remote Programming of Sensor Functions

One of the great advantages that the TIOSL high bay sensor gives you is remote control. This means that if the programming of the sensor needs to be changed, there is virtually no cost involved, you can just point the remote control at the sensor and change its settings.
