Installation and debugging

All the lamps have been installed and debugged. According to the needs of customers, the scene mode is set in each area to meet different usage requirements.

The actual Operation

3.Project requirements:The customer has a two-story office area that needs to be installed with fixture. Customers need to be able to maximize energy saving and smart while meeting daily lighting requirements

4.Project solution:According to the customer‘s needs and actual situation, all the Troffer on the first floor and the second floor are divided into 9 groups. (1) The Troffer near the window are divided into one group; (2) The working area is divided into one group; (3) The corridor is divided into one group; (4) The rest area is divided into one group; (5) The Troffer at the entrance of the office area are divided into one group.




Problems encountered by customers during the project

1. Customers can't download apps on Google play

The Bluetooth version of the control device purchased by the customer is too low, which does not meet the minimum requirements of the system for the control device, so the APP cannot be searched.

2.When searching for lamps, the APP interface cannot be displayed, the APP flashes back, and all the lamps cannot be searched.

The number of customers‘ lamps is too much. The one-time search for all the lamps exceeds the acceptance range of the system, resulting in the inability to search, flashes back, etc. It is recommended to install in batches, preferably no more than 50 searches at a time. Turn the power in one area on at a time when doing the configuration in APP ( only the lights in this area is powered on and lights in other areas are powered off), finishing all the programming job in this area, such as adding lights, naming, grouping and editing scenes and panels, then move to next area and repeat it. Do not power on all lights because that will make the configuration more tedious and exhaustive than needed.

3. The customer forgot to control the device power-on password, causing the device to reset, the APP to download again, all the fixture information is lost.

After each setting, the app will automatically save the QR code to the mobile phone album, and the QR code records all the information of the fixture. After scanning for another device, all the lights and settings will appear in the app. Therefore, it is recommended that customers back up the QR code in case the control device is lost or needs to be reset.

Operational logic

Customers need to divide the existing space into several areas

No more than 100 fixtures per area

First generate the QR code of the area to be installed in the APP

Then power on the lights in the area.

If grouping is required, group the fixtures in the area, up to 8 groups per area

The data and permissions of the luminaire are saved in the form of a QR code.
